they do not work as promised. The instructions don't say exactly if they go in the washer or dryer. They do not help remove pet hair from our clothes. We've used them in both the washer and dryer. They didn't even help a little. We only have one dog and there are just a few things we need help with. But those balls were a waste of money. You must remove any reference to pet hair from the description or product name.
