Great product. Arrived within a couple of days of order. Very easy customization process. (I like the way you can see the Name and font on the actual product before ordering). My only disappointment is that the product is etched on the front instead of the rear. I think rear etching on this would look just a bit more high end. ( Wouldn't be hard to set the machine to etch in reverse) Also note that you do have to stick the two pieces together with a sticky tape that has been applied to the bottom of the etched piece and it's a little tricky to get it centered correctly.
