Well I can say that this pendant is really well made and I have the impression that it will last a long time. BUT - and this is a huge "but" - when it comes to replacing the end of the original wiring harness that came with the car (in my case a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT) then why oh why don't the wires have it the same colors as the original wiring harness. I had to keep digging through a few websites to see which wires go together due to color differences and also because the original wire labels are different from the new harness names and descriptions and the new wire descriptions. It took me longer to install that one end harness than it did to replace the rest of the new stereo. Anyway, as I mentioned, I don't think I'll need to change it for a long, long time (if ever), so I can't complain.
