The screws were correct and matched the factory screws exactly, the driver fitted well.
Screws perfectly match Apple's factory screws for Late 2017-18 MacBook Pro. worked fine It's a bit difficult to turn, but I figured it was because of the Loctite/glue on the threads to keep them from loosening. The driver isn't a snap-on, but it's strong enough to perfectly fit the Apple Pentalobe screws.
