I ordered a charger for my Surface Book in July 2019 and it lasted until January 2020. Charges faster and doesn't get as hot during use. The replacement process was very easy as the charger was still under a one-year warranty. However, I feel that the replacement I received wasn't as good as the first one I received. Although it still charges my computer, it often just says "plugged in, not charging". This wouldn't be a problem if I plan to stay connected to the charger for an extended period of time, but I would like the charger to charge as reliably as the previous one I had. Sometimes I have to flip it to one side or the other or wiggle it in place, and other times it just starts recharging on its own. When it works, it works fast.
