The mats were delivered quickly but instead of 2021 the wrong version of the left trim was sent. After speaking to the dealer who quickly fixed the problem by sending a replacement right left panel. Fits well the second time. The floor mats make my Cayenne trunk look nice and are easy to clean while protecting the carpet on the floor. It looks like high quality material, is well made and seems to last at least a few years. The only issue I had was that the mats were folded multiple times to meet package size requirements for shipping. So it has a few ridges going through the main mat (no problem with side mats or seat back mats). The burrs come off a bit but are still visible after a few days unless you smooth them down. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase, good looks, good quality if a little pricey but you get what you pay for. highlighted.
