is by no means something for sharpener beginners. The stones are quite soft, can cause dips breaking right angles. That being said, knowing what you're doing is amazing! I needed a higher grit to do the finish. My knives are sharper than ever and really scary. Highly recommended if you need a cheap quick replacement for a more expensive set. Soak for at least 5 minutes, soak before moving on to the next grain, they lose all vital moisture.
