I broke my fifth metacarpal and this fibee split toe helped support and protect my little finger while it healed. The tire is good, 4 stars because of the following. I'm a 5'3" slim woman so this splint is long for me and ran from my wrist to mid-forearm, which was fine. Because of that length, the velcro "on the wrist" has the sweater that "I wore, packed and contracted in that area. , so I adjusted and wore materials that don't go with smooth cotton tops. The two aluminum braces are very stiff and difficult to bend with one hand. Luckily, my husband molded me to comfort - and for healing purposes to braces I would buy this again.
