Battery life is much longer than advertised or expected; great watch I wear every day now

I have had this watch for a few weeks now. At first I found scrollable windows a bit confusing, but after playing around with them, they became easy. Two BIG plus points: 1.) I've compared the heart rate and blood pressure readings to my Omron 10 series and Evolve sphygmomanometers several times and the watch is usually within 5-10mm of both systolic and diastolic readings. The heart rate numbers were close too. For a cheap device this is phenomenal in my opinion 2.) The battery life is much longer than expected. A nuance and recommendation: the manufacturer asked me to report this: charging the battery until the battery is completely discharged. the icon will stop its animation and stay on (about 2 hours), NOT long enough to fully charge the battery. I only charged it a couple of times for 2 hours and found the watch only had a charge for 24-36 hours. After consulting the manufacturer, I charged the watch for over 2 hours in addition to 2 hours to get a solid battery icon and I'm amazed at the results. The watch has been almost a week since the last 4 hour charge and still shows about 80% charge remaining. This also matches the battery status readings in the phone app. I am 65 years old and retired. I have an exercise program at home that consists of several items: a treadmill, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and free weights. Recently, I developed heavy breathing after these procedures. I went to my family doctor who did a resting EKG. The results were good, but now I have another EKG appointment with the cardiologist. Using the watch now to check heart rate and blood pressure during these workouts has proved invaluable: I check both several times during workouts, and if they're higher than recommended for someone my age, I stop and continue need breaks. I highly recommend this watch. to help you keep track of these important metrics, especially if you are elderly and have potential health concerns.
