Ideal for travel. on toothpaste

Why are standard travel toothpastes so small? For almost every other travel product, containers exceed the TSA limit, but somehow toothpaste makers have to think the limit is one ounce. This size solves that problem and stops you from having to keep buying new travel toothpastes in the middle of a trip and, most importantly to me, reduces all the unnecessary packaging that comes with buying such a small container.
