KVM works great. HDMI or USB cables are not included, and the instruction manual is very sparse. I had HDMI cables and bought USB cables of the required length. Just make sure you are using USB 3 cables and not USB 2. I use this for my computers. I have a laptop running Windows 10, a dual boot desktop running Windows 10 and Fedora 32, and a Raspberry PI running Fedora ARM. I have a wireless keyboard/mouse on a universal USB receiver. I connected it to KVM's keyboard port and it works fine on all devices. It's great to have a USB port on the KVM instead of having to connect a USB drive to multiple computers. In terms of audio, it looks like the audio should be transmitted through the HDMI cables. This would be fine for streaming devices or DVD players, but not for computers with dedicated audio in/out.
