Excellent looks and finish. It's like a solid aluminum brick, quiet and cool to the touch during use. It came with a long power cord and a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect to my laptop. Added a few images to show different connection options - there are many of them. There is an SD and a Micro SD card slot on the front of the device, which I appreciate as someone who uses both regularly for photos/mobile. There are also two USB 3.0 ports, a headphone jack and an external microphone jack. The back of the unit has a third USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB-C port, Ethernet, two HDMI ports PLUS a display port, so there are plenty of options for connecting a compatible laptop ( be sure to check the product information for a list of compatible devices). It worked great with my Dell XPS13 setup and I'm very pleased with how neatly this little dock does my workspace in a single connection.
