Review on πŸ”© Inch Massca Quick Clamp with Aluminum Construction by Jeremy Jackz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Clamps work best with two hands

These clamps require two hands to work effectively. Because of the lever that has to be pushed down toward the handlebars, it's a lot easier to use the bar and manipulate it like pliers and squeeze it, meaning you have to stick the rear end of the bar out to make the most of it Effective. The jaw opening is only 8 inches, not 12 inches. While a bit tricky to use, it's more compact than the Quickgrip clamp and seems to offer a lot more clamping force. Although these clamps are metal, they are surprisingly light. Aluminum sponges are more compact and tougher than plastic sponges. You can also pack more of these in the same space as the Quickgrip as the body is significantly smaller. Good clamps but the downside is that it's not easy one-handed use if that's important to you.
