This ring gauge is amazing! This is a really good solution, apart from resizing the ring. I had to increase my ring size during pregnancy/postpartum and it took a few years before I was finally back to my normal size. I'm still losing weight and have no idea what the future holds for me. If I have another child, my ring will no longer fit! I don't want to resize repeatedly. That's the perfect resolution. Getting dressed was easy. Just make sure you have a small pair of sharp scissors handy. There are 12 pieces in 4 sizes and I used about 1/3 of one of the smallest sizes. You wrap it around the back of the tape until you get the size you want. I recommend not cutting right away and putting on a ring to make sure you've used enough. The smaller Helix reduced my scooter by 1/2-3/4 sizes so it's easy to put on and take off but shouldn't fly. from every hand movement. They don't pinch, scratch, or move. I would feel safe and comfortable with them in any ring.
