Love my new kettlebell!
I have an injured wrist so doing some arm exercises hurt. Using the kettlebell helps maintain the pressure/weight by my forearm so it won't jerk my wrist around. The handle for the kettlebell is the perfect size for my small hands too; it's easy to grasp. Great addition for any gym!
