I like that you can customize all aspects from how to communicate with applicants/referees through to which forms / questionnaires need filling out - there are endless options! The online system also integrates well so we don't have multiple applications but it's easy enough if needed by contacting our local FH rep directly via email or phone call. There was some initial confusion around using this application however they were able resolve these issues as soon as possible and everything ran smoothly after those early bumps in learning curve. They do what their site says too; i think sometimes people expect more when initially setting up an electronic submission process such as ours though once setup things run very efficiently and effectively. It has allowed us full autonomy over documentation control within each stage of intake allowing me flexibility to get work done at times outside hours during office closures etc without having someone else waiting to sign off documents before sending them forward into next round. It's easy to use. It's intuitive. The customer support team is excellent. I have not heard anything that would discourage me from using this software again if needed in future situations. Nothing at all! They are providing an outstanding service. Their user interface makes it an easy system to navigate through even when you're new to them. This helps with training your staff as well. Benefits include ease of access and quick turn around time.
