Great Customer Service paired w great products

I like that FH provides all necessary forms to complete my application process with ease! The customer service team has been excellent in assisting me throughout each step along this journey from start-to finish!! As an applicant it's hard not only knowing what information you need but also when/where do those items fall within your timeline? This program allows applicants who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable filling out paperwork via email access their documents at any time without having them…

Great software for any organization looking to streamline intake processes

I like that you can customize all aspects from how to communicate with applicants/referees through to which forms / questionnaires need filling out - there are endless options! The online system also integrates well so we don't have multiple applications but it's easy enough if needed by contacting our local FH rep directly via email or phone call. Exceptional Case Management Software - Would Highly Recommend

The ease of use and quick implementation process with the support team was amazing! I had been searching for a case management software that would be able to handle all aspects of our background checks and vetting. This software did it all! Not only does it allow you to manage your searches and run reports, it also allows you to conduct interviews and create reports. It's very easy to navigate and has an intuitive interface. Easy, user friendly and straight forward for tracking projects

The ability to see all information in one place makes it easy when I'm trying new things out or need help with something that's not working right away! Sometimes there are issues where you have multiple tabs open but can't close them until everything has been saved so if someone else comes into your workspace they may be confused as well because their work isn’t showing up yet either!! It would also make life easier by being able view other people who might know what we're looking at instead…

Great tool used by many attorneys: Fresh Haystack

The ease in which I can search through cases to find information that may be pertinent to my case or job search. It has been very helpful in keeping up with all of our open files as well as giving me access to file when needed. This program sometimes freezes while looking at it's screen so make sure you have enough computer space available as this will cause your system to slow down.
