The ease of use and quick implementation process with the support team was amazing! I had been searching for a case management software that would be able to handle all aspects of our background checks and vetting. This software did it all! Not only does it allow you to manage your searches and run reports, it also allows you to conduct interviews and create reports. It's very easy to navigate and has an intuitive interface. I would recommend this product and its features to any business looking to improve their processes. We have been so happy with how easy it is to use and how seamless everything fits together. It has been very beneficial to us as we continue to grow. The ability to create multiple files within folders for different purposes was one of my favorite features. I would like to see more options in the reporting section. My main issue has been that it can take a long time to open a file when there are many cases being processed at once. This makes for a very slow process. It also sometimes freezes up as well. We use this software to track our investigations and keep all documents organized in an easy to access area.
