So easy to work with. You could just clean it with a kitchen towel, it's that easy. Nothing sticks to it. My tarts came out beautiful:)

I will admit, I bought this tart pan because it was about 7 bucks cheaper than the comparable model. And I am so glad I did! This pan is fabulous, the crust for my cranberry tart baked perfectly and the tart released very easily so that I could transfer it onto a cake platter. Check out the pics. Great tart pan, I highly recommend it.
