I bought 1 of these and accidentally bought the second one, the first 5 minutes of setup everything was fine, I created 1 drive folder to start moving my stuff and then both happen to be 4TB drives lock up and somehow turn into 8MB and I'm stuck on both. I entered the password correctly at least 80+ times, even manually typing and/or copying and pasting the password into the password field, and still got blocked! I've searched all over the internet and even called wdc support and no help! If I could give 0 stars or even minus stars, I would.
