I use this handy product twice a week and it's very reliable. My favorite feature is the stainless steel container. Yes the food grade stainless steel container, the fact that the container is quite thin makes it a plus. when weight matters. The lid is made of food-safe plastic and seals very well. It consumes 45 watts of electricity, making it ideal for use with (rechargeable lithium battery) when camping. The heating output reaches the maximum temperature in about an hour and a half or less. . After 1 1/2 hours the internal electronics in the heating plate kick in to maintain a decent temperature. The bag seems solid to me and holds up well.
