If someone has flat arches these shoes are fine for running, but if someone has medium arch height they definitely need to shell out another ten shells for better insoles, and if someone has high arches (e.g. in the National Arches Park in Utah), and then switch to a different shoe. All in all, cheap price, cheap shoes.
