I bought this computer for an accelerated masters program (where my time became very valuable) and I used it for teaching purposes only. After a week of use I noticed the computer is slow while videos freezes etc. Now I have called Dell customer support 4 times (within 5 weeks) about this issue, each time the service took 1-3 hours. When I last called, I informed the customer service representative that I was done fixing the problems and would like to return the computer or replace it. I was then told that my 1 year warranty does not cover this and I am not entitled to a return, contrary to what I was told on previous calls where my apparent 30 day warranty would have allowed me to return the return laptop. I will never buy a Dell computer again which is a shame as I highly recommended them.
