This works very well and the quality is excellent considering the price. Exactly what I expected from this particular company. It takes a bit of practice, but I think I'll use it more than my Crane Plus simply because it's quicker to make and you can just toss it in the trunk and not worry about damaging the $400 electronics becomes. Keep in mind that it doesn't work as well as a faucet in certain areas, but the ease of use (if you know how) makes it the device you're most likely to use for everyday use. For important filming, Crane is still better. Can't comment on longevity as I've only been using it for a few days. Ease of use I gave it a 3 because it takes practice, but that's not a product defect, it's a reality for this type of stabilizer. In general I am very satisfied with the product.
