As bad as other reviewers say

I didn't read the reviews before ordering. The price intrigued me. Reading the reviews made me realize how bad shaving brushes can be? I was willing to say these people are too picky; that the shaving brush is really good. Unfortunately I can't say that. From 1 to 10 for bristle stiffness - 10. They couldn't produce shaving cream even on a good day. This is the cheap product you would expect from The Dollar Store. Unlike some others, I go through the return process. I'm disappointed in them.
