Simple easy-to -use CRM/Staff agency management
The simplicity of the system, the ability to use both the app and website side by side with one staff member is great for both my company and our clients. There really isn't anything I dislike about this software. We have been using it for over 3 years now and haven't found any issues that would make us want to switch over to another system. It's not perfect but we have gotten used to the quirks and are very happy with it! It is a little hard to get used to the layout and how some things work but once you do it gets easier. Staffing companies need a good software to manage their jobs and candidates. This has helped us solve all those problems.

- Easy navigation through various screens/pages within an account.
- Ability run multiple accounts under 1 login (accounts can be linked together in settings) helps eliminate redundant data entry if switching between different positions or client sites.
- Very user friendly interface
- Customer support team available via email & live chat when needed
