Great product with incredible customer service! I was thrilled when I found Airdual to add Bluetooth streaming to my 2008 BMW 535i. When it arrived and I plugged it in, my device had no power. I called customer service on the number listed on the box and not only were they helpful in making sure everything was plugged in properly, they also helped figure out how to turn the unit on. Justin, a customer service rep, spoke to his engineers and they designed a device that I could plug into a USB charger (that's the green plug in the picture). The company sent it to me free of charge, along with a charging cable to plug it in. It arrived in 3 days, connected right away and my Bluetooth streaming works like clockwork. I start the car, my phone connects automatically and I hear great sounding music via Bluetooth. The car interface reads music from my phone and all buttons on the steering wheel work. If you can't tell I am very happy with this product and even happier with the customer service I received. I definitely recommend this product and this company. Thank you Justin!
