Review on Deepcool DA700 80 Plus Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply: Advanced Flat Cable Design for Enhanced Efficiency by Jeet Anand ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The product is no good, I won't buy it again.

Managed to work 2 days after receiving (about 8 hours) on a system with a peak load according to the MSI `300W calculator. On the 1st day I ran various test programs, the flight was normal. In the 2nd, while watching YouTube, there was a hiss and smoke poured out, knocked out the RCD in the shield. When dismantling, a brown slurry also leaked out. Recognized as marriage.

Pros
  • Braided cables
Cons
  • The Aurora 700N model differs from the 700 in the lack of backlighting and modularity, it is easy to confuse what I successfully did. The photo just shows that even the box does not understand what kind of modification is inside. Noisy, muffles all other fans in the system unit. Short gaps between plugs for SATA devices - one cable was not enough to connect SSD, HDD and DVD to it. In general, it will be convenient only if all devices are mounted next to each other.

Some pros: works quietly and stably, there is a backlight. Has some cons As far as I'm concerned, they don't exist.

Different pros: Quiet The main power is 648 W, which is not much less than the nominal one and for my tasks - with a margin. Loops - a lot including molexes. Got cons: Cables are not detachable, but I'm more than satisfied with it
