Used to make RJ11 Cat6 patch cords.

These cables are made of well-made, flexible copper 24 AWG 4 twisted pair. To make a patch cord for the arris nvg599 router, I filed both sides of the rj45 connector evenly to 9.82mm to fit the rj11 jack. Also tried replacing crimped rj45s with rj11s (no need to face the hassle if you don't have room for crimped rj45s) (no difference in performance). I trust the quality of Cable Matters. Used one of the cables for the supposed ethernet patch. Now there are spare parts. The reason I ordered them was to make a cat6 rj11 6ft cable which you can't buy! Now I have it by simply laying down the sides of the rj45. Most routers use the middle pins to inject the Adsl2 signal. It was so easy to make a rj11 cat6 cable without compromising the integrity of the assembled cable. Cheers to Cable Matters and cheers to me and cheers to Revain for having these quality products. The price was absolutely fine.
