firstly there is a slide on acrylic so anyone who wrote that it's not clear probably forgot to take it off because I bought it separately for durability (https:/ /www .amazon.com/gp/product/ B08LVGZJLB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) this tape and used it to attach shelves to my mirrored wall. More than two months have passed and the shelves are still standing, nothing sagged or fallen. I will say however that none of the shelves weigh more than 0.2lbs, I have tried putting a 1lb plant and have ever tried doubling the shelf but it sags quickly so I wouldn't recommend for something heavy.
