I needed a gold finish to complete my child's Aladdin costume. I first bought a different type of finish but it didn't match the curved edge. This finish is built with great flexibility. You can rotate it in any direction, so you can easily pick up any curved edges. With careful sewing, you can apply it to stretchy fabric and it will stretch with the fabric (to an extent). I hand sewed it to my child's costume which is made from 4 way stretch mystery fabric. The result is more than satisfactory.
