they don't work for blank media
I use this product all the time I couldn't find it in stores so I ordered it. Does it tell me to format it before writing? I've never done this before. Didn't let me format. So I couldn't record my grandson's graduation. Unsatisfied. Ant's chance to get my money back? Or tell me how to solve the problem.
