The product works properly. There are 2 microphone buttons, one on the lapel clip and the other on the part that attaches to the radio. That was important to me. It comes with multiple ear tips to help you find the right, perfect fit. The headphone and microphone clips are strong. I don't know if they're aluminum or what, but they're not cheap plastic. They are very strong and strong enough to stay anchored where you put them. The whole detail is very light and I never notice it on my body. Doesn't fit my shirt at all. The ear cord does not twist or turn on you, causing the earbud to move. It sits where you placed it. The quick release connection works well and stays connected. My **only** comment on this product is that there is no mark on the quick connector for quick radio alignment. I had to look at the pins on the connector to see how it connected to the radio as one of the pins is slightly larger than the others so you might like that big pin with the big hole in the quick connector. You'll either have to check every time you plug it in, or you'll have to attach a quick connector to the radio and twist it around until the pins line up exactly. I still don't consider this to be a problem and in my opinion it doesn't affect the quality of the product. Maybe just a production idea?
