The best headphone. I've been using for about a year. Once you get to a place where you can be heard well, you won't have any problems.

Very disappointed with this purchase! My husband is a police officer and used another brand that lasted 3 years but this one became unusable after only 30 days.

Two months on patrol and the rod that connects to the radio came loose and eventually stopped working. When it worked, it worked great. The connection is just weak.

Sound quality is good but quieter than my old handset. Now I have to turn up the volume more than before. I am satisfied with this product. I was looking for an option with a smaller mic and a more powerful clip and it worked perfectly.

It worked for a week or two, then the connection of the cable to the tape recorder started to weaken and the sound disappeared. When I was 10-8 years old there were times when I didn't listen to the radio, which is not normal for Little Rock. I fiddled with the cable and found that it was out of sync and didn't lose connection.

I use this with my Motorola XTS 2500 and it works great. I've been using it for less than a week so we'll see how it holds up. UPDATE: I bought it in November 2017 and the mic broke in September 2018. The handset works fine, but the microphone no longer connects to the radio. $100 a year is pretty expensive, but I think I'll have to get another one.

The product works properly. There are 2 microphone buttons, one on the lapel clip and the other on the part that attaches to the radio. That was important to me. It comes with multiple ear tips to help you find the right, perfect fit. The headphone and microphone clips are strong. I don't know if they're aluminum or what, but they're not cheap plastic.
