Has worked great for almost a year.

I use this with my Motorola XTS 2500 and it works great. I've been using it for less than a week so we'll see how it holds up. UPDATE: I bought it in November 2017 and the mic broke in September 2018. The handset works fine, but the microphone no longer connects to the radio. $100 a year is pretty expensive, but I think I'll have to get another one.
