When this product arrived it did not have 'Falcon B414' written on it as shown, but it did on my original belt. Not sure if the wrong size was shipped or if it was just poor quality but the strap broke immediately and I smelled a burning odor. Now I am waiting for "5-7 business days" because I need to order on Bissell website.
