They fit and work
I have two packs, pink for my girl cat and black for my kitten boy in case I get to walk them one day (I live in an apartment building). . The kittens are seven months old and weigh around 7-8 pounds. Harnesses fit well, and while not very easy to put on a stubborn cat, they work well. I have tags to attach to anyone in case they get lost.
