I have used their software since 1999 when we were still in our old office building with only one phone line that could be accessed by multiple customers at once! They really needed an upgrade after 15 years!! Their customer service is great - they are always willing try new things as long its not too expensive or time consuming.
If you want something simple (like adding rooms) it can take HOURS of messing around trying different options so this wouldnt work well if there was alot going through them like hotels do nowdays where everything needs approval before anything goes out via email etc.. We had issues keeping track/updating inventory constantly but i think thats because what version system everyone uses makes tracking very difficult sometimes- however Tt has helped us keep better control over all aspects without having several people doing paperwork separately.- no updates required anymore which helps greatly.
