My husband has an adult version of this 2 piece Fruit of the Loom set and LOVES using it as underwear in cold weather. When we ordered a brand for my son this winter we chose Fruit of the Loom because he was very comfortable with this brand. About Fabric: The set is made of 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex. The fabric inside is very soft and comfortable. Sometimes synthetic material doesn't absorb moisture well and leaves you feeling sweaty, but not in this kit. Not too hot, they provide a generous extra layer under outerwear in winter. Much better than the old cotton waffle knit briefs! The addition of spandex makes the fabric stretchy and comfortable. The fabric is machine washable and dry proof. The seams are sewn well, no gaps. Regarding the sizes: - They are true to size in terms of length, waist and chest. They should fit snugly to the body and hold warm air. If you want a looser fit, consider ordering one size up. The pants are held in by an elastic waistband which my son has not complained about digging in. They work well as a base layer without adding bulk under clothing. Overall the style and design of this thermal kit is good and they are very comfortable and provide extra warmth when needed. The build quality is good and the price is good. Will definitely be buying more of these for my family!
