I'm 5'6, 156 lbs, 38 DD and I'm a large size just because I'm very heavy. L fits perfectly. Excellent elastic material and also suitable for outdoor work. I would fit same day but you will still see sweat depending on how intense your workout is or if you are indoors or outdoors.
