Review on Cutlery Pro Utility Knife Serrated 4 by Donna Taflinger

I need a knife for thin slices of brisket, pastrami, roast beef, etc. very thin slices. I have tested several knives in this price range and decided on this one based on the positive reviews. The knife arrived quickly and the blade was razor sharp. My first test of the knife was on smoked pastrami (brisket) and it cuts easily across the grain in one stroke. The knife is very sharp and precise, you can easily cut 1/8"-1/4" slices. Personally, it will serve you well. If I had one complaint it would be that I wish this knife had a plastic scabbard or scabbard for storage so it doesn't get damaged in a drawer, or at least a hole in the handle to hang it on a hook or grill station. but that would be the only negative aspect I could mention.
