I like how easy it was to set up, my account manager helped me through all of this process very quickly so there were no issues with getting everything setup correctly for our business needs! There are not many things about their service but if you have any questions they will be able answer them immediately or help guide you in another direction when needed.

The best thing we liked most was having peace-of mind knowing someone else has been watching over us even after closing out accounts as well making sure nothing bad happens while using services provided during open enrollment periods.
