I am sure this is a quality product but it is not compatible with my Polycom VVX410 office phone. The handset did not ring to report an incoming call. It was not possible to use the answer button on the headset for an incoming call, it still had to be answered using the "Headset" button on the desk phone. The headset didn't seem to recognize when you connected a call, it would mute/disconnect during a call.
