There are loose rubber seals inside these valve stem caps. When installing the bells, there is a very high probability that the seals will twist and get into the valve stem. One of these seals was compressing the valve stem core on one of my tires, causing it to bleed slowly down to 0psi. Don't buy them, they can lead to catastrophic failure!
