The stands look very nice but have a few design flaws

The shelves look very nice but there are a few design flaws. First the bottom post is fixed with only one screw, it needs to be in a horizontal position with two screws so it doesn't roll on the plate. Second, the holes on the top plate don't line up exactly so it doesn't fit all the way to the top of the stand, and the screws don't fit flush into the plate, causing them to stand up and scratch your speakers. The powerpads aren't big enough to prevent the screws from hitting the bottom of your speakers, so I had to rebuild my own. The pads that come with it are really cheap. Also my biggest problem is that I don't know why companies make shelves with four spikes when they could use three which would be self leveling. Not only do they provide you with spiked feet, they also offer you these little plastic cups to carry. They are very difficult to adjust to keep the stand level, why not provide eight sets of spikes and eight sets of screws on plastic feet. It is almost impossible to align them with stud steps. I've been selling audio for 25 years in my previous career, these are great stands and could use a few design upgrades. If the racks are moved to clean the floor or vacuum I have to readjust as having separate plastic legs that screw in and out makes the process a lot less painful. They just aren't as strong as a lot of the cheaper racks, although I'd say they look fantastic. I will come up with some plastic legs with a wider base to make them more stable. They also need to attach a glass plate with two screws to keep it from twisting. Also, the top panel should be better aligned so that the screws are flush and the panel is level with the bottom. Again these are beautiful coasters but they are overpriced compared to the quality of the fit.
