I've tried several loincloths and bandages lately. This one is by far the best ever! Why? comfort and size. The material is actually somewhat soothing. Not hard. Not bulky. Cool to the touch. And no compression pain. I've searched and tried so many, but none fit as well as this one. The length is great and covers the entire thigh area. Wearing it relieves my pain a lot. I am so pleased with this item that I am buying a second one to always have on hand. I highly recommend it.
