Review on πŸ§€ Efficient and Versatile: Westmark Multipurpose Rotary Cheese Grater with Interchangeable Stainless Steel Drums and Non-Slip Suction Pad by Charity Holloway

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Very good grater, I am very satisfied -- 12/02/16: NO MORE!

This is a really well made device with a nice design. (Think German engineering) It's better than the Kitchen Aid Mixgrater, which shreds plastic into your food if you're not careful - I dropped the Kitchen Aid attachment. It rubs quickly and cleans easily. I use it whenever I need to grate more than just some cheese (or other food). The suction cup handles fit snugly on top. as built. This makes it very easy to use and leaves your hands free to feed food to grate or slice and turn the handle. The drums of the grater are sharp and the handle is smoothly wrapped on the drums. I only have two small complaints or suggestions: 1) It would be nice if there was a drain or if it protruded a little further so that the grated material doesn't miss the bowl. I huddle next to her. Then next time I grate (now that I think about it) I might try using a rectangular casserole dish to catch the grated food. This is my help. 2) It would be nice if the top (white part) could be detached from the base for easy washing without worrying about water getting into the base under the suction cup. As other reviews have noted, you may be surprised by its size upon arrival - easily reaching 10 or 12 inches in height. - plucked. The drum does not rotate, I cannot remove it from the drum. Now the product is essentially unusable. I will contact the manufacturer with this issue and if they come up with a solution I will update the review again. In the meantime I'm taking this one down to 1 star. If I could I'd give it a zero. I've just added a photo of the breakdown after the breakup. The slots on the handle's threaded insert should be larger and built into a strong sleeve the handle, or the handle should be all metal.
