Review on Conversational AI by Daniel Oliver

I like that this software is easy for our team members who are not tech savy at all! It's very simple but powerful as well. The UI could be better since sometimes you have trouble finding what exactly you need even though there should always be an option/icon next too each element within the page (elements such as buttons). We're solving many problems by just asking questions via chatbot which saves time when we deal directly from emails or phone calls instead of having them come back later after reading through tons of documents etc., This also gives us more opportunity to provide personalized services because they can ask any question without feeling embarrassed about anything being personal information related. They feel comfortable talking out loud while typing so no one else around hears something private especially if its bad news regarding someones health matters. Also helps reduce employee turnover rate.
