Using the intuitive Admin app, we are very happy with Aero!

The ease of use is amazing! I was able to set up my account very quickly and get right into training our first agent almost immediately. A few minor bugs here and there but nothing that has really stood out as being bad enough to dislike about the product overall. We have been extremely happy so far with how well this platform works for us. It's still early days yet but all indications are positive. There isn't much we haven't liked at this point. Great tool, loved using it with my employees

I like that this software is easy for our team members who are not tech savy at all! It's very simple but powerful as well. The UI could be better since sometimes you have trouble finding what exactly you need even though there should always be an option/icon next too each element within the page (elements such as buttons). We're solving many problems by just asking questions via chatbot which saves time when we deal directly from emails or phone calls instead of having them come back later…
