Review on Conversational AI by Reid Rickerson

The ease of use is amazing! I was able to set up my account very quickly and get right into training our first agent almost immediately. A few minor bugs here and there but nothing that has really stood out as being bad enough to dislike about the product overall. We have been extremely happy so far with how well this platform works for us. It's still early days yet but all indications are positive. There isn't much we haven't liked at this point. Our team is always looking for new ways to improve upon what they do day in and day out when interacting with clients. This helps them stay ahead of the game. In addition to providing an excellent user interface, the ability to train multiple agents from one central location is also fantastic because now everyone can work together.
